What can I expect during a session?
We will start each session by asking our teams to bring forward messages that will bring you the most healing and peace. Then I will share messages from your loved ones and team of light. You will also have a chance to ask any questions that you may have for your loved ones and guides.
How should I prepare for a virtual session?
Before your session I recommend taking a little bit of quiet time to think through what you are hoping to get from the reading. It’s great to spend a few minutes of this time writing down any specific topics or questions you would like to cover during your reading.
Can I have a friend with me for my session?
No, these sessions are set up for one participant. If you are interested in having more than one person participate, please reach out to me on the Contact page and we can discuss options for group sessions.
Can I record the session?
Yes, you are welcome to record the audio from our session. So much information comes through during our sessions. You will likely pick up on additional details and messages when you take some time after our session to listen to it again.
Will any scary or negative energy come through in a session?
No, I only work with positive and loving energy. We have boundaries in place to protect against any negative energy.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
